No post Intel (fixed)

Just put my new z370 pro4 and 8600k together. Everything fit how it should, but there's no video output. All the fans spin, except my video card fans stop every 20 seconds or so. Everything seems fine. I tried resetting the bios and reseating the ram in every slot. Could anything be wrong?
