Download CPU-Z and check at the memory page what kind of memory do you have. What name, what CL etc.

as per the specs of the pc - it looks like it might only have two SO-DIMM slots (smaller sized RAM, like what laptops use)

As mentioned earlier check with software like CPU-Z to see if you currently have a single 8GB ram stick or two 4GB sticks

most likely you have one single 8GB slot thats hidden behind the GPU

the second ram slot is on the backside of the motherboard

Yup, looks fine

feel free to double check review of this corsair model as well as the other Gskill products, its only a few dollars difference
