Cryorig H7? It has "infinite" RAM clearance.

I got myself the Cooler Master Hyper 212X for my i7 8700, it is dead silent and my i7 tops at 68Cº on stressing.

 

Highly recommend it if your case has enough clearance, only possible down side for it is the mounting mechanism which isn't the best ever but doable... you do have to make a lot of force sitting it though.
