TV / (Setup) recommendations needed

hey guys so i have been living without a tv at all now for hell ..like 5+ years now but now i want to get one and obviously have no clue where to start 

 

so id like to ask a couple of questions and would like to hear your opinions. some of these things i have looked up some i have no clue.

 

here is the setup id like to run:

so would you even say HDR is worth it right now? what about Dolby Vision?

so you think a setup like this is possible ?

what do i need to know about the neccessary hdcp handshakes?

do you know specific splitters or hardware in generell i could use to realize this?

and lastly considering all this what TV would you recommend price /performance (image quality) wise?

"You know it'll clock down as soon as it hits 40°C, right?" - "Yeah ... but it doesnt hit 40°C ... ever  😄"
