h320 temp jumping probelms

I recently got an h320 and i have an 8350 and it get its normal idle temps of around 14 to 18 degress during the day because my room stays generally hot but sometimes it will jump up around a  10 degree difference like from 14 to 23 or 16 to 26 and i just want to know why it is doing this and if it is normal or not because i don't think it should be jumping like that.

Disable turbo core. See if that does it.

yes that reminded me i do have it clocked at 4.4 it came out of box at 4 i just don't think it should spike 10 degress like that and then go back down the spike up again i just never seen that before
