I need help with a media driver missing issue

So I built a new system for a friend and it works great but I cant install windows 10 on it cause of a media driver is missing issue I've updated the bios driver and have also tried the different USB slot fix and now I'm out of ideas

you need to splitstream usb3 drivers in your windows install usb pendrive, ISO, or whatever source you are using to install it.

follow this instructions, dont mind if it doesnt match your particular case. You need those usb3 xhci drivers to continue installing.
