Win 10 Control Panel Crashes

Hello, so I've been trying to figure out why my control panel has been crashing for the past few weeks. I've looked under every little forum post and informational article with only a few solutions that don't work for me. I can open the Control panel to apps and features, and click home, but as soon as I click another category, it freezes, crashes, and restarts windows explorer process. Now from what I've read, everyone has been saying to uninstall IDT Audio Panel, however, I don't have IDT Audio Panel. I've also tried running the following commands in Admin Command Prompt:

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• sfc /verifyonly

Neither of which has done any good.

Are there any error messages besides the normal program.exe has crashed
