Rebuilt a 750Ti, Kinda works.... I'd like some help.

It works now, well, only one of two fans works with it, but whatever. I'm not using it heavily or anything.

The 750Ti I have was taken apart by my once inexperienced friend in 2014. We found it again a few weeks ago, in pieces. I took it home and put it back together with some shiny new fans and got it to work, somewhat.... 

When I turn the computer on, it displays the motherboard logo on the enter bios screen, then the windows loading screen. After that, it just goes black, but the computer is still running. I know that it is not a problem with the monitor because I checked with my other video card and it worked just fine. The first time I got the card to work, it got to the login screen, but after that, it just went black.

I'm going to check a couple more things to try to get it to work, but drop a suggestion or some info. That would be helpful.
