No. That 7770 is nothing to the 3570K so no problems will occur.

DO people not understand your i5 won't bottleneck sli titans

A 3960X actually bottlenecks SLI Titans at stock clocks.

You cant get rid of bottlenecks, you can only minimize them, its that reason which is why a 6450 performs better with an i7 extreme then with an i3 2120.

He didn't literally mean that guys. It was just a figure of speech saying its not going to start showing big bottlenecks till you get to stupid gpu setups like that.

In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only a GTX 1080, just a single 1080, where my glorious PC once stood....

For that is all I need, For the Emperor of Man, Jen-Hsun Huang, protects. We march for Nvidia, and we shall know no fear!

depends on the game. for example if you're running one of the very old titles which barely uses a single core of a pentium 4. if you test it with the same gpu and with an i3 and again with an i7 ( same generation of-course ). you will get the exact same results. I've tested it a couple of times.

When there is a difference in the fps, it's not that the gpu is being bottle-necked it's because the game requires more cpu power.

Take battlefield 4 for example. obviously you'll get better fps with the i7 as the game requires a lot of Cores which the i3 can't provide. Though it will run fine on i3 as well but there will be a prominent change in the fps when compared to an i7.

Back when i tested it, i tried on borderlands 1, cod4, bad company 2. The i7+6450 had around 5 fps improvement around the house.

Totally man, as long as you have an i5 you can run 17 Titans in RAID 0 because it says i5 on the label and i5 = no bottleneck right?

RAID 0 made me laugh.  Thank you for inventing GPU RAID :).

Also, did you know that i5 can run up to 120 Titans in parallel? Proof: !5 = 120 .
