NEED HELP!! My crazy build idea

I still have some x5690 and x5687 xeons laying around from a previous build. I'm looking for a motherboard that is dual socket lga1366 with (preferred) 2 pci-express x16 slots that allow sli with geforce gtx graphics cards or crossfire with amd. Hp z800 and Dell t7500 motherboards don't allow non workstation graphics cards in sli. Any ideas? I know there can be cheaper options, but I'm looking for a fun (challenging) project

I think the EVGA X58 SLI motherboard could work. It supports SLI and supports the listed Xeon processors with socket 1366.
