Processor choice

Im using lumion 3d 
sketchup
Autocad
Maya
Photoshop
What processor do you prefer?Im planning for Core i9 is it benifitable?
Im planning for gtx 1080ti with core i9
are these applications more on gpu

None of these require a hefty CPU. Most are GPU dependant. But if you want an i9 or equivalent, you might want to consider the Ryzen TR 1920X. Roughly an i9-7900X at 40% lower price.

I'd definitely go for the Threadripper as well, but if your wallet won't be hurting after purchasing what you have planned, go for it!

Sir if i do an sli do i need to do something to use it as an sli in these applications? or when i use "cuda" in photoshop it will use both of them at the same time

And do i need high ram in these applications?

for those apps 1950X would be a great choice.

You can't use SLI for these applications. One GPU at a time.

You also aren't dealing with crap VRMs with X399. If nothing else, you can start with 32GB of RAM and increase it later if you need.
