Media Markt/ Satrurn perhaps ?
Where i live in belgium they offer credit plans (buying elctronics on credit is maybe not the smartest idea, it will cost you a lot more)

I think he should just search for payment plans on electronics, using his own local google. Better and faster answer to a question like this.
