My old monitor was acting up, so in my limited budget (and limited stock from the local stores) I got Lenovo ThinkVision T2014 (https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/solutions/pd100453) , monitor (windows adapter settings and Nvidia control panel, both) is showing two supported refresh rates = 60 and 75. I set at 75. Is it okay? Which should be better for gaming/eyes (and the monitor :P)?

You should set it at it's max refresh rate. I don't know of a reason besides power conservation that you would lower it.

Right. The link I gave has all the tech info on it. Some people are writing articles about  some monitors dropping 5 frames(?)

Mine has a res of 1600x900 and a DVI connection.

PS. I found the online pdf manual, the one that came with my monitor is in Bahasa Indonesiao.O
