Completley New Budget Build Plan

Hey guys I would love some help with planning on building a fairly low budget computer, I would like to be able to do anything from playing minecraft to playing gta 5 with just about 60 fps and If possible recording mid range games in between those two. I have been looking into computers for a while now but honestly cant figure out a good setup, every time I am close to deciding on one plan I see a video or something about how I could improve it. My budget is around 500-800$ preferably lower at all possible, I already have windows installer so that takes some money off and yeah. If you guys have any suggestions or possibly a whole guide for me that would be awesome :D Most likely wont be buying it for a while though still need to gather more money and hopefully waiting for ram prices to go down again :S

Also I already have a case in mind and it does not take away from the budget so yeah, NXXT H440 Case

So is the budget for everything besides the case, or would that factor in?

Honestly, with how crazy DDR4 is right now I would see if you can find any older i5 or i7 systems (5th gen or older) or cpu motherboard combos for sale on your local craigslist as DDR3 can still be found for reasonable prices on Ebay or again on craigslist. You might also go used on the GPU if there is anything decent for sale in your area, however this is not a must, as GPU prices are finally starting to normalize as mining dies down a bit. TechYesCity, RandomGamingHD, Socket sanctuary, and scrap yard wars on LTT are just a few places to get ideas for good used hardware.

You could still use that case and get an all new PSU and storage.

DDR4 might not go down for a very long time (passably 6 moths, a year, or longer), as the supply shortage is dew to literally every device from every company sharing the same ram pool. Also 16gb of DDR4 is around half your budget. Not to mention that older Intel CPUs perform very similar to newer ones in most tasks and DDR4 does not have many noticeable advantages over DDR3.
