did i blew cap?

tryed to oc my xeon e5420 to 3ghz aaand it run fine for a while then strange hissing sound apeared and  pc turned off .. did i damaged cap or somthing?  (pc runs fine with stock clock speed)

That... that doesn't sound so great. It's likely a capacitor, especially if you saw some of the magic smoke escape. I'd check each one for any damage and replace the board if that's what you find.

found no magic smoke no visual damage just strange sound and caps hot as frying pan...

I'm just concerned that any damage could eventually cause damage to other components.

The most important thing to do is to check your temperatures. Make sure your motherboard VRMs aren't going sky high under typical loads, and that your CPU isn't going over 100C under a typical load. 

not on typical load  but when oced runing benchmarking it did once hit 100 mark maybe a bit ower it coz open hw can show max 100 c but with base clock hanging on @ 70C under 100% load
