Compatibility

Hello there! A week ago I saw an online post, one of my countries second-hand selling platform, and I wondered if I can fit an AMD Phenom II X4 955 into my mobo ( veriton m430g). I would really apreciate if someone could help me and tell me if it is compatible with my system. 

 

Specs:

Mobo: veriton m430g

GPU: Palit GeForce gtx 460 1gb sonic edition

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 220

RAM: 8 Gb DDR3 1333 Mhz

First thats a PC system not a motherboard. 
But yes it seems to be AM3 socket but i would buy a new system if you can afford it.

I know its a PC, but I couldnt find the mobo name. So I just remained to the PC's name. And I know its like an ancient PC for a lot of people, but I dont have that much money to buy/build another PC, so I'll stick to this one for some time... I only have a budget of 50$, so if u know a better processor on AM3, can u plz help me?
