https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/7bL7YJ/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1060-3gb-windforce-oc-video-card-gv-n1060wf2oc-3gd this would be your best bet for a 1060 3gb. Otherwise you'll likely have to settle for a gtx 1050ti.

Me and my brother have saved up 275$CAD, and we want to get a new Graphics card. What would give us the best performance for 275$ or less. Our current card is a referance HD6950 with 2gb of VRAM.

Probably a rx 570 if you can find one around that price or a gtx 1060 3gb. The 1050ti is a bit cheaper than that but isn't hard to find inside your budget. The gtx 1060 3gb will be hard to find in your budget same with the rx 570.

Try to find the RX570,  I had a Red Devil and it performs pretty good.

Always go for the 4Gb cards, nothing bellow.

I was actually trying to find an Rx 570 or rx580 (I've found rx580s for cheaper then rx570s) so I'll watch for some deals on one of them. If not then I'll try to find a 1060. :)
