Couldn't you just remove some of the fans? You don't really need 7 exhaust fans. You could get by with just using the radiator ones.

If you really want to keep them, get a fan controller so you can really lower the RPM.

I edit my posts a lot.

Man the fans at the back are intakes. Usually fans push air into the direction where the four plastic sticks are. Also if you see the fan spinning to the left, its blowing are away from you. If you want them as exhausts you need to flip them

Or you go ahead and use the rads fans as intakes and like two at the back for exhaust to have enaugh aifrlow

they're all exhausts lol. i'm planning to change the 3 into intakes. however taking notice of the other guy talking, i don't need them? and only need the 4 on the radiator?

You could do that, but having some exhaust at least is never a bad idea, have at least one where your motherboard sits. Also you can get a fan controller or connect all fans to your motherboard (if not already) and lower their RPM in the bios if you know how to

Okay so basically, i was saying that the guy was saying i only need 4 exhaust on my radiator. and the rest i can get rid of. however i need intakes more than exhausts? All my fans are exhaust right now. somebody give me a plan please. There are 2 fans on the top. one in the back section and one in the front section where all the watercooling parts are. those 2 are currently inactive. the only fans that are active are 7 fans in the back. they're all exhaust, the 4 on the radiator and the 3 on the other side. So how do i arrange this?

Make the radiator fans intakes, the other exhausts, you don't need all the fans in the back, so you can remove some of those. Set the fan speeds a bit lower in the bios if you think it's too loud

I cannot reduce the fan speed, they're all hooked up to my psu because my fan headers in my mobo are where the 2 on top are connected. and they're not spinning so i'm guessing its a dead end. and so i keep the amount of fans i have? or do i remove 2 fans? removing one fan doesnt really do anything for sound if i just turn everything around

and also wouldn't the hot air from the radiator fans go towards the pipe and increase tremps?

Hmm wait, if your radiator is up top you can use that as an exhaust and one or two fans on the sides as intakes

i'm not sure what you're getting at. there are 7 fans that are active, and 2 that aren't. 2 fans on the top (one in the backside where the pipings are, and one in the front where the mobo reservoire cpu gpu ect are) those 2 fans are connected to my mobo but wont spin. so there are 7 active fans, they're al in the back. there are 4 on my radiator and 3 on the other side. they're all exhaust.

If the two fan headers on your motherboard are dead you can get a new fan controller, something in this area https://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-System-Cables-Black-CPF04/dp/B00VNW556I/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1515325395&sr=8-3&keywords=fan+controller

Basically, fans up top = exhaust, all others intake. Fresh air will be pulled in from the sides and hot air pushed out the top. Got it?

You can get an extra fan controller where you can plug your fans in to and lower the RPM like that, there are plenty on amazon or ebay. Just get one wiht a sata port for power, so you can hook it up to your power supply aswell. For example this https://www.amazon.com/Electop-Chassis-Cooling-Port-Controller/dp/B07416KLWJ/ref=sr_1_13?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1515325748&sr=1-13&keywords=pc+fan+controller

That thing is HUGE ! Try to get a PWM controler so the fan only rev up when doing intensive task.

hmm lol not very intuitive "low speed" "high speed" "off". Whenever i work music production my cpu (which is overclocked at 4.1gz (iots an i7 5820k) is under load. and whenever i run stress test on it, it hits about 65C. not sure how that compares to doing a full music session, however i'm also very worried about temperature (ironic that i have watercooling and am still worried) lol the temps will probably go down if i' have the wrong kind of fan setup as of right now, but am i going to be able to put it on low whenever i get into a music session? just your guess based on my temps right now with my fan setup and all.

Your fans can be at a lower speed as long as you have enaugh fans as an intake. If everything is exhaust where do you think the fans will get any fresh air? I think with the fans set to low there would still be enaugh airflow
