Computer won't post. Need help ASAP!

I built the computer yesterday and when I turned on the computer, it wouldn't post. All of the fans were spinning, and after around 10 seconds, they would stop and the computer would restart. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

put your memory stick in all slots and test it, you haven't bent any pins did you?

No, I haven't. I already tried both slots.
