Windows 10 stuck in boot loop

take out flash drive, hit whatever key needed to go into bios at startup, make sure the m.2 is configured as boot drive in bios, enjoy your new pc

Your BIOS/UEFI is currently prioritizing flash drives above your SSD.  This is great so that when you plug in a bootable flash drive, it automatically boots from it.  You can either remove the bootable flash drive and store it somewhere for future use, or make your intended boot drive #1 in your BIOS/UEFI.
