Where are you from though? Prices may vary across countries. The same build I posted above from Germany would be 535 euros, I'm sure you can get it down to 500 by changing motherboard and RAM accordingly.

i'd say, get a gtx 1070/ti and be quiet pure power 10/CX450/M for gaming.
