My minidump file in the attachment

  • OS : Windows 10 x64 last update
  • I tried to re-installed the OS but the problem still happening
  • Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from a retailer)?

Please download BlueScreenView, run it, select the latest dump file then take a screenshot and post it here.

Ouch, good luck with that one. It's a generic "There was a kernel error that caused a crash" message, it contains nothing useful to help find out what or why.

Start by running memtest and making sure your RAM is OK but beyond that, it could literally be anything.

Sorry.
