It is 1863 gigs that are unallocated.

In that case, Right click on the unallocated space and select "New Simple Volume". Follow the setup wizard and you're good to go.

It shows up as not initialized

Right click the SSHD and click "Initialize Disk". Set it to GPT.

It should then appear as having unallocated space. Right click on that and select "New Simple Volume" and follow the setup wizard. After that it should be ready to use.

Thank you very much for the help.

Is it working okay?

Just a note on the 1863GB free space in case you're not aware. The drive is indeed 2000GB, but Windows is actually showing the drive's capacity is Gibibytes, not Gigabytes. It should actually be using the GiB abbreviation, but it doesn't for some reason. 2000 Gigabytes is equal to 1863 (rounded from 1862.645) Gibibytes, so the drive size is correct.
