You can turn off the on-screen keyboard in your settings.

Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard

I said it’s not the on-screen keyboard I did that a long time ago it’s off. I’m talking about the windows 10 touch screen keyboard not on screen keyboard

On-screen and touch keyboard are the same application and function identically. Turning it off within ease of access should disable the touch keyboard. If it does not, you'll need to go into the registry.

Quote

Enable or Disable OSK Via Registry

  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press “R” to bring up the “Run” dialog.
  2. Type “regedit“, then press “Enter“.
  3. Navigate to the following location:
    • HKLM
    • SOFTWARE
    • Microsoft
    • Windows
    • CurrentVersion
    • Authentication
    • LogonUI
  4. Open “ShowTabletKeyboard” and set it to “1” to enable it. Set it to “0” to disable it. If this key doesn’t exist, you can create it.
