Bulk folder structure sync.

I've got a tedious problem that I was hopping someone on here knows of a solution to.

I've got 24 folders that I'd like to sync only the folder structure between, as no files at all. Or just being able to sync between that many folders; could put unique files at the bottom and just sync those files. This would have the same effect.

All the sync programs I've come across seem to only be able to do 2 or 3 way syncing.

I don't mind if it's one way, as in having a reference folder which then gets propagated out to the appropriate destinations. Also having it automated would be a nicety.

 

 

So does anyone know of a little program that could accomplish this seemingly super difficult task?
