Apps blocked from using gpu after overclock

You probably applied too big of an Overclock and, the card is just crashing.

Just reset the Overclock and, you should be fine.

gpu: 700 

driver is the latest

I pushed the card 180 hz over the native clock speed but it worked well on kombustor and didn't crash 

And yes I've tried reinstalling the programs.
