Bad audio sound

After reinstalling Windows, I discovered that the audio in my laptop sounds terrible. I tried uninstalling audio driver and reinstall it, still it didn't work. Drivers are downloaded from Lenovo Y520 support page.

 

Only way to let the audio sound back to normal is open the app I want to play audio (Spotify for instance) and update driver 'Realtek HD Audio' at the same time, however it will only work for the app and after that, it will revert to bad sound. I don't know what happened but I think the driver is corrupted. Also, it's frustrating to repeat the same step every time I need to play audio.

 

Anyone knows how to fix? (I'm considering reset Windows)
