Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling GPU driver?

if you are going to go with uninstalling and reinstalling teh GPU driver use this utility. i did and it works 100% of the time with all the suggests that are listed in the ReadMe file that it comes with. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

I normally do a clean install of the drivers when I have this issue.

I use display driver uninstaller and in safe mode but it says I'm not attached to gpu.

Also my pc runs really slow for some reason...?

https://gyazo.com/c0dda16536aa44a0460107ae0a247d79 is it because my intel graphics is above my gpu. oh yeah by the way my vga cable isn't plugged into my gpu but my computer because it doesn't fit ;).

So you aren’t plugged into the gpu and wondering why it’s giving you problems?

 

if the pc is running slow, may have to ensure the system is running on defaults in the bios or even switch to performance mode.
