Shortcut arrow appearing on one screen and not on other

Kind of a weird one. 

The shortcut arrow appears on my 1440p screen and not on my 2nd 1080p screen?! 

I have no idea what could be the cause and why that's happening. 

 

Anyone has any idea?

I've had this problem for a very long time and only known I've had it by looking through pictures I took of my desktop, I learned to ignore it I guess.
