Windows 10 disk usage 100%

suddenly on my monitor  blue screen showed then I restart. after that my disk usage keep showin 100% how to fix it?

First you have to determine what process is using the disk. That can be found in the Task Manager.

Normally Windows Update pings 100% disk usage.

 

Make sure your windows is up to date first.

What @NinJake said and Windows automatically defrags Hard disks, as a result it will also ping the disk at 100% usage. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

this happens on my laptop all the time. it has a 1TB 5400rpm hdd in it and is easily tanked by win 10 bloat crap. going through task manager and killing all the non essential tasks usually does the trick then it's fine.
