Much needed upgrade

Hello! I got some money on christmas and I really need to upgrade my GPU/PSU. I live in Georgia (Not in US, it is a country near black sea and Russia) where these kind of things are rare. I looked up on internet for some trustworthy websites and i found one. So my budget is 350 Gel or around 135USD and this is the website Mymarket.ge/en

I am bit confused... Do you suggest me buy a gtx 1050 or 960 with that PSU.

P.S That PSU doesn't have an 8 pin so it can't power GTX 960
