Much needed upgrade

Hello! I got some money on christmas and I really need to upgrade my GPU/PSU. I live in Georgia (Not in US, it is a country near black sea and Russia) where these kind of things are rare. I looked up on internet for some trustworthy websites and i found one. So my budget is 350 Gel or around 135USD and this is the website Mymarket.ge/en

25 GEL over budget? more like 305. Have a look at the price of GTX 970 :https://www.mymarket.ge/ka/product/view/11358148/

And that PSU doesn't have any gpu power connectors

But what about 8pin connector? he said that it needs 8 pin power connector, but my budget is 350 GEL and i don't own a PSU with that connector

Get the 25 GEL psu that i linked above
