PC Not Out-Putting a Signal to Monitor

I built my pc about an hour ago and whenever I turn it on the monitor says "no signal. I am using HDMI in the graphics card port and I have not installed windows yet, please help.

What hardware do you have? Are you sure ALL the power cables are plugged in? Did you mix up the CPU 8pin and GPU (pcie) 8pin?

Gaming PC:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X | GPU: EVGA RTX 2080Ti | RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz C16

Check if any of your CPU socket pins is bent. If just one of them is bent, then you got an issue that can cost you a new motherboard.

Check if your ram is sitting tight

Make sure that your graphics card is sitting tight and screwed on

Make sure that you got screws under your motherboard which prevents the motherboard from touching the case 

Try using only one ram block if you use more than one

I have an EVGA 1050ti FTW and Ryzen 5 1500X and yes all the cables are plugged in.
