Why only Amazon?

That SSD is pitful. It's the SATA version (slow even by SATA SSD standards) stamped in M.2 form factor. Just as slow as before.

can you suggest me one under $110?

Here's a Samsung 960 Pro NVMe drive, not sure if you meant under $100 USD or Pounds but its on kind of a sale rn. or you could grab the SATA version (950 Pro or even the 950 eve will beat the WD).

In Amazon or include other stores?

so I have designed a new pc with amazon list this is what I have got http://amzn.eu/9cT2Gkp

that should all work not sure if I need a more powerful PCU tho.

that should be all i need to create the pc if i need some thing else please comment.

pcpartpicker.com is the standard used here for listing builds. It can be restricted to particular merchants. Custom parts and pricing can be added.

You might consider getting a 2x16GB memory kit. This would allow for a future upgrade without replacement. There would be no significant performance difference.

The ssd should have a higher capacity. Look for one over 240GB. In fact, for a development platform I would suggest at least 500GB. (M.2 drives come in two common flavors, NVMe and SATA III. The WD Green M.2 uses the SATA III interface. NVMe drives are much faster, but in this case probably not worth the premium cost.)

You might consider a less expensive case. Perhaps https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fractal-Design-Meshify-Tempered-Computer/dp/B074DQVB97/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1514905471&sr=8-1&keywords=meshify+c or https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fractal-Design-Define-Tempered-Computer/dp/B074DQMY91/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1514905471&sr=8-2&keywords=meshify+c

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
