PC monitors

hey guys, 

i need a monitor for my pc. it is supposed to play games like csgo, pubg, and rainbow six siege, i am also planning to do a lot of coding. 

i woud like it to be 27 inches.

i don't know what other things i'm supposed to use, so tips on that would be real usefull. (like the Hz and other things)

the price range is around 200 euro's.
