Upgrading old Dell Poweredge

Hey guys I got an old Dell Poweredge for free but the motherboard won't post.

How much power can I get from some older server MB and CPU for around $100? Just looking for something to host Arma 3 games 

I checked eBay but don't have a clue about server boards

wee need to now more (specs and use case). wat do you want to do with it ? becas its a 2U server so your note gone be making a gaming pc or anting like that

Game hosting and file storage will be it's only use

It's just a dell poweredge tower server from about 2005ish

I just need a good mother board CPU combo in my budget I can figure the rest out if I need it
