"Cannot install drivers no intel adapters are present in this computer"

Hey,

I'm getting "cannot install drivers no intel adapters are present in this computer" error every time I'm installing the network driver.

I have the Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 (No wifi on board), the windows installed is windows 10 enterprise x64 ver 1511.

- The network is enabled in the BIOS, the link status is connected.

- I've tried both the intel drivers on the gigabyte site (Intel LAN driver [22.4], Intel LAN driver (For Windows 10 64bit ver.1709) [22.9]).

- The cable is connected to the intel port.

- The chipset drivers are installed.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

There is no internet for it to work, plus i'm not even sure which one to install form the pre-set list.
