CPU error? 8700k, please help?

Hi, just did my first build, but rig fails to start and CPU led is red.. I have reinstalled the CPU and still the same. Did not notice any bent of damaged pins on the motherboard by the way,

 

Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 Z370

i7-8700k

The red LED means CPU fault so therefore the CPU you have is dead.
