A New Keyboard

I am thinking of getting this (https://www.amazon.com/Keyboard-Mechanical-Redragon-illuminated-ABS-Metal/dp/B019O8YZ4A/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1514420261&sr=1-2&keywords=redragon&th=1) keyboard to use instead of the inbuilt one on my laptop. I live in New Zealand, but I've set my account as a US account, because they don't have a New Zealand option. I am being offered a deal from Amazon, which is if I sign up for one of their Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Cards I can get 50USD off my purchase. However this screen comes up. It only has American options. Does this mean that I can't get this card if I'm from NZ?

This happened to me once, but if the item is not food (which it is not) there shouldn't be a problem with intenational shipping.

There is nothing wrong with the shipping, it's whether or not I can sign up for the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card or not if I'm in NZ. If so, how?
