get a CX450/M instead, and don't downgrade the gpu just for ram, you can always plop in another stick later.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Mobo isn't good, no vrm heatsinks (look for something like a b350 pro4), ram is a little expensive, I would go for a different ssd (bx300, ultra 3D/blue 3D, SL308, 850 evo are all good), and psu is eh

You might need to cut some stuff down. Usually prices in other countries are a lot higher; I really doubt you can buy a $1000 system with the equivalent of $1100 in the Philippines.

It's not horrible but it's not great. Some protections don't work right and it's a group regulated unit.

Unfortunately the cx/CXM PSUs are usually the best for budget... is there no CX either?

If you could give me a link to a retailer in the Philippines I could take a look at PSUs.

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

it's old and missing protections, not worth buying nowadays.

Yes and even if its better than intel ones still shit i would go for a custom one in any case it will be more quiet and better performing, not only if you game hardcore.

they're good enough for even a mild overclock on the 1600.

Yea and still a 20 dollar 212 EVO is 15-20 % better at stock and up to 35% better at temps when overclocking at less noise.

The 212 evo isn't really worth it IMO, when there are others like the H7 and M9i.

IMO wraith spire is quite close to the 212 evo to the point where it's not worth getting. http://www.relaxedtech.com/reviews/amd/wraith-max-and-wraith-spire-cooler/1

While the 212 evo is cooler the spire is a lot quieter.

@DocSwag anymore followup on this? youre a big help dude! And this is the site im gonna buy http://dynaquestpc.com/ all there parts are cheap than other stores.

Yeah sorry, I forgot to respond to you.

Looking at the store the cheapest psu I would recommend would actually be the same thing @herman mcpootis recommended, the CXM 550 lol. Anything else cheaper isn't that great. It costs a bit more but the electrical quality is pretty good and it's semi modular too as an added bonus.
