Trying to reinstall Windows but when it finishes it restarts and has to do the whole process again and wont accualy install

did you unplug the thumbdrive after the first install?

 

it prob reading the usb drive

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
