I just started to install my radiator and noticed that screws that came with the radiator have too small heads and they fall through the screwholes at the top of case, what to do?

Also I lost the installation manual that may have came with the rad and cannot find it in the internet. Anyone who has it can take a picture or scan it, please? :\

have you tried putting washers on the screw heads?

Thought about that but I didn't get any with the radiator =/

Well have to go shopping for them tomorrow

Glad i saw this, now i know to get some washers too

 

also is best to remove the rubber grommet and solid mount the radiator with screws

and washers. the extra thickness of the rubber grommet can hinder some clearances.

 

yeah those M3 screws are just too small.. i re-tap my Alphacool radiators to 6-32 to

have some clamping strength rather from the puny M3s
