Video Sheduler Error When Booting

So I recently attempted to OC my Ryzen 5 1600 to around 3.6ghz with 1.375v and while booting up, it soon crashed and I received a blue screen saying "Video Scheduler Error". I went back into my BIOS and reset back to stock speeds and it still continues to crash. Can anyone help me out here?

 

P.S. I've already asked in #tech-support on the official Discord but to no avail.

 

P.P.S. System repair does not work either.

 

 

Update: Tried to boot up again and got "System Service Exception"

After disabling smt, I can now boot properly.
