GTA V OpenIV Issue

Hello, I'm having an issue with OpenIV, I tried to use it to install Mega Realistic Car Pack 4.0, but it just gave me the ":(" with a blue screen behind it, restarting my computer wouldn't work, so I decided to reinstall it, but the ovisetup.exe file would crash or close as soon as I opened it, I'd see the window and a blank space, then it would close on me. Everything else is working just fine for me, any help would be greatly appreciated.
