Yes set a custom pagefile (virtual memory) worth of 16gb on your boot drive and lower textures quality, you're running out of both RAM and VRAM as it appears.

I have a g4560 and GTX 1050. When playing gta 5 on high - very high settings it sometimes freezes while loading textures and land far away. The problem is that I currently have 4gb of ddr4 2400mhz RAM, and I am planning to buy another 4 or 8gb stick when ddr4 prices go cheaper again. Are there any temporary solutions I could try to not experience those freezes every 12 seconds? I'm going to try readyboost right now.
