So I recently built my first computer, and it works fine in every way other than these two (hopefully) minor issues I've been having. Whenever I start the pc up, 9/10 times it'll shut back down within 3 seconds, but then start up fine. The main issue, however, is that when I try to shut down, it'll start shutting down like normal and turn off the screen, but then the hardware stays on for 5 minutes or so and then it resets. I believe this to be the pc crashing but I don't know why it would be. Anything help would be greatly appreciated!

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Mobo: Asrock X299 Killer SLI/ac

Cpu: Intel i7 7800x

Gpu: EVGA superclocked GeForce GTX 1060 6gb

RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHZ

PSU: Thermaltake 750W

Also I've already tried starting in safe mode as well as a clean boot. Issue persists through both.

Update your UEFI BIOS to the latest version, sounds like firmware issues to me.I
