Hybrid Mac Trackpad

So the idea is, I have a MacPro 13 2014 and its trackpad has gone mushy. BUT can I put in the new Force Touch trackpad from the 2015 model into the 2014 mac or will it not be compatible. Please tell me if this is practical or not really possible my normal means. (no Linus geto hacksawing here)

No, you can't put a force touch track pad into a Mac not designed for it. The connectors are different and on top of that there are no drivers for a force touch track pad on a 2014 MacBook Pro.
