Buying my first GPU help

So disclaimer from the start I hate using the forum like this but I have another question from my first post and it just slipped by and wasnt answered so here is the old one: 

Basically i finally went into my case and found that the only pci x16 is closest to the left end of the case and it looks from pictures that 

card itself has the slot part to the right so i dont know if a normal graphics card will fit, you tell me: https://imgur.com/gallery/wyGBA

If it wont fit what other options do i have, i cant really find a 1050 (or ti for that matter) single slot where i can actually buy it, just a bunch of articles about the. could i possibly have more success moving to maybe even a radeon 460, I really am not the expert in this market.

I had a similar problem some I took some pillars and cutters to my case. Once I was done it looked horrible but worked, till I could get a better case.

if youre suggesting cutting up my mother board, i really want to stay far far away from that

Ty for finding them for me how ever the first 2 lead to nothing as there is no place to buy them and the rx 460 is out of stock, do they restock often or what? genuine qustion bc i really am not familiar with this

Single slot cards are super hard to find

Either change to a new case or MOD the current case to fit the GPU.

Really the most common GPUs you can actually find that are single slot are 1030s, and some old 700 series. Theres also some old trash Quadros but they're not worth it at all.
