Flying with a gpu

For Christmas I got a Titan V and I plan to leave it sealed until I get home. 

1. Can it even fly?

2. If so will they need to open it and inspect it.

3. if also is there anyway around that because I don't really want a TSA agent handling my 3000$ gpu

I threw my GPU in with my clothing. (Wrapped Antistatic)

But thats Australia, State to State travel...
