So I've started feeling a lot of pain in my right hand which is my mouse hand. This is definitely the result of countless hours of gaming, working and just generally overworking my wrist since I'm on the computer most of my waking hours. I was wondering what are some good ergonomic things to help alleviate some of my pain. I know of wrist pads like this and this but I've also been looking into vertical mice like this. I know that that mouse may not be the best one but it's definitely cheap and looks quite good. I don't really want some huge clunky stuff like you find in cubicles in office buildings but I do need to protect my wrist. Any help would be great, thanks!

All u need is a good mouse and wrist rest.

Measure your hand from the base to the tip for length and from the thumb to the bottom of ur hands for wide in CM.

and i will come up with something

For mice, I think palm grip prevents pain in your mouse hand, and if you're right handed then I'd take a look at the G502 or G603. The G502 is wired and I think a bit smaller than the G603 (I've never done a side-by-side comparison, but I've tried both mice), and the G603 is wireless, and I believe has a few less buttons.
