Discord not working properly

After getting a new motherboard and CPU for Christmas and installing it, I haven't had any issues with it...until now. I can use Discord just fine; people can hear me in voice channels and I can type fine, but I can't hear anyone else. I'm not deafened, and I've tried reinstalling it twice, but nothing works. Any ideas? YouTube and games in general work, so it's not an issue with my headphones. Thanks!

right click on the volume icon in the bottom right of your screen, and click volume mixer, then ensure that discord's volume is not muted

Did you do a clean installation of Windows?

Nope. Someone on this forum (not going to say names) told me that I don't need to, and everything else is working fine. Plus, I'd think reinstalling Discord from Control Panel would fix it.

It could be something to do with that. Whenever you get a new system, it's always a good idea to reinstall Windows. Even if everything seems to be working fine, (and I've seen this a lot personally) there can be some other weird issues lurking around.

Well, another strange thing is other Discord sounds work. For example, the little boops and shit it makes when joining or disconnecting from a call are still there.
